

This lesson, everyone worked individually first on their own task to be finished. Then our presentation was decided to be Wednesday next week. Gah Vin and I worked on the prototype of the whale hats that are going to be sold during,before and after the concert and some of the poster. Naomi and Tasol kept working on the website. The posters are not completed but it is going to be finished by Sonya (me) during the weekend. GahVin is in charge of the powerpoint that is going to be presented with our speech and the layout for our oral. We came up with the idea of 'the date should be on the school holidays' so we decided as 20th of June because it is the last day of term 2 but also the beginning of winter holidays and the teenagers will have something to look forward to.
We decided to do the 4 Ps in marketing:
The order we have chosen for our presentation is-:
1. Tasol "Product"- who will address out product and talk about what the concert is about, the fact that it is a fundraising function and the purpose of it is to raise funds for Greenpeace to support their stop whaling campaign. She will talk about our target audience and other information.
2. Sonya "Place"- who will talk about the location of the concert and things associated with the place and time.
3. Naomi "Promotion"- who will talk about how the product will be promoted and our way of promotion.
4. Gahvin "Price"- who will talk about the cost and profits we are making from the concert and other products.
Also very important thing that Gah Vin told was that...
